Give each goal an amount, a timeframe and a priority. CAS uses the recorded balance of your linked account as a reference for its progress.

Give a planned purchase or a meaningful goal some context. A wish brings together a target amount, a timeframe in months, a priority and an optional image to help you recognize it.

How to use Wishes

  1. Define your goal

    The Next purchase wish has a USD 600 target, a six-month timeframe and priority 1.

    Create a wish with its target amount, timeframe and priority. Add an image if it helps identify the goal.

  2. Link an account

    Linking Bank uses its recorded USD 150 balance as 25% of the USD 600 target; no money is set aside.

    Choose the account whose recorded balance will serve as the reference for progress.

  3. Review and update it

    With USD 450 remaining as a reference, extending six months to nine changes the monthly guide from USD 75 to USD 50.

    Check progress and the indicative monthly amount. Edit the wish, mark it complete or reopen it.

Progress is a reference, not money set aside

The linked account balance is compared with the target amount. That same balance may cover expenses and other commitments; it is not reserved for the wish.

The indicative monthly amount divides the target or remaining amount by the recorded timeframe. It does not forecast your income or guarantee that you will reach the goal.

Questions about Wishes

Does CAS set aside or move money for each wish?

No. It uses the recorded account balance as a reference. It does not create a reserve or transfer funds.

Can that balance also cover other commitments?

Yes. The balance may cover other obligations. Goal progress does not guarantee that all of that money is available for the purchase.

What happens when I mark a wish complete?

You update its tracking status and can reopen it later. Marking it complete does not make a purchase or initiate a bank transaction.
